J-T, man, you're gone too soon. I can still remember the gleam in your eye when we worked through problems in Iraq, the many laughs at the gazebo by the barracks while in Germany, and the great outings of golf in Utah. Above all, I miss our friendship. But that was your gig...making friends with any and everyone. A talent many can only wish to have.

Their is nothing more I can say about JT everything that has been said Is so true..Just one more Item it was a honor to serve with him and the most impressing thing about JT was the way he took care of his troops, always..

Grandma Dorothy and I, Mike's Mom, will always be grateful you helped us with our blinds and improvements at our house. You were a Mentor to my son Mike and will always be in our hearts and smiles remembering your humor and helping hands. Our sympathy goes out to the Taylor family, Aiden and Sarah. It was a privilege to serve with Jon in the Air Reserve at Hill AFB, where I served for many years with many great people. Jon was certainly one of most outstanding men that I have ever served with. May God bless and be with his family at this difficult time.

Jon has forever had an impact on my life. He had an amazing intellect that rivaled any I've known… and then there was the confidence that came along with it. He was absolutely someone who was unstoppable when he set his mind to something, and you always knew you could lean on him in a crisis. During his deployment to Balad, JT quickly became the “LEADER” and confidant of men that would follow him into any situation. What an amazing Airmen, Leader, Friend, and most of all Father! I am blessed to have known Jon, and am a better man for it.

Respectfully,

Russ
