jeanette was my boss at the municipality of metropolitan toronto. she was tough, she was demanding, she could be sarcastic -- but she was never, ever mean, and she was always fair. she gave me the chance to prove myself there where others would not. i loved her for her sense of humor and intelligence. i'm very grateful to have had a visit with her a few years ago when i came to toronto to see my family. god bless her and god bless you carol.

Taken in the hotel at Toronto 2008 Jeanette was the first rootchatter i met.Still think about her

I am so sorry to hear that Jeanette has passed. She & my mum, Stella, worked together for many years. What a sweet friend she was.
I had such good intentions to come by for a visit & have a good chat about family searches. Yet another reminder not to put things off. Fly high in the clouds Jeanette!
With love, Barb xox

She exemplifys the meaning of a true friend. Though we didn't see each other as often as we travelled on our journey in life, she still was always there to help, support, and put a smile on my face. You will be missed my friend, though never forgotten in my heart and memories. Our thoughts are with you Carol during this sad time.
