Condolences on behalf of the Henderson side of Duncan's family (his maternal grandmother was my grandfather's only sister). The service and celebration yesterday were such a warm and fitting tribute to Duncan, even more fitting by it being Robbie Burns Day. A heartfelt tribute to you, Catherine, for the invaluable gift of your continued care, and caring, for your/our Cousin Duncan.

Remembering Cousin Duncan with great affection including our years growing up together at Bradwell; postcards and letters from away; great visits in our homes with you and Lou over the decades; and just this past Christmas reminiscing on the phone about our Christmases together in the 30s. I will miss our SKYPE calls. So pleased to know there will be a piper at your service & reception! Love Isabel (Robertson) Barnsley

Duncan,
One of the "lady and the gentlemen" for many lunches at the Station Restaurant with friend Ernie and such a good friend from the days at Kelsey Institute. Was so glad we got to visit with you on your last birthday and enjoy your wonderful wit. You will be dearly missed!

Duncan and I had grandmothers who were sisters. Since we both have been to Helenslee, the family home in Oban, Scotland and to the Island of Ulva where many of our common ancestors are buried,we enjoyed reminiscing and sharing family history with one another.Because Duncan was about ten years older than me, he was able to visit when all of the aunts were still alive. I, unfortunately only met Auntie Veronica in her 101st year. Duncan showed me our great-grandfather's Bible on one of our visits. I have lost a cousin and a special link in my Clark heritage.

You have always had a place in our hearts that shall remain forever. We cherish the friendship and fellowship we have had with you.
