Gordon was the loveliest of men. I am so sad to hear of his passing. Far too young. I was a teaching colleague of his at Silverwood Heights. I loved working with him. He was the most sincere and caring man. He loved teaching and he loved his students. They really mattered to him. I always enjoyed our chats and visits. We connected in so many ways. I will miss him but I will never forget him. My condolences to your entire family.

Mr. Bonner was one of my favourite teachers at Grosvenor Park School! He was always so energetic and positive and instilled self-confidance in his students.

I have a particular memory of Mr. Bonner, in a brown and gold plaid jacket, telling me science was a great field for girls - I have thought of this moment over the years as I did become a geologist. He was an amazing teacher and affected many lives positively!

A very kind hearted and generous man and a great teacher and coach. The world is a much better place because of him.

Our sincere sympathy to Eileen and the Bonner Family! Gordon was always interested in the happenings at Fort Pitt and Frenchman Butte where he grew up. Owen remembers Gordon driving a Little Orange International Truck that he transported the Fort Pitt Students to Frenchman Butte. They road in the back of the truck!! There are so many stories we could relate about our good friend and neighbour-- lots of memories! Gordon will always be remembered!

Hello Eileen,
Quite a few years have gone by since I met Gordon as a fellow Agro and yourself as a force in the Field Husbandry Department. It was great to return to Saskatoon and meet both of you again after many years. Joan and I enjoyed visiting with you and Gordon at special social events. We both extend sincere condolences to you at this difficult time.

I have many fond memories of teaching with Gordon at Silverwood. What a gentleman he was, with a great sense of humour! My sincere condolences Eileen.
