Dr P Slimmon, so sorry to hear of your Mom's passing, my condolences to you all
My sincerest sympathy to the family. Aunt Helen will be greatly missed. She helped me through the years of us kids having lost our Mom. We had many a tearfilled phone call along the way and she always managed to say the right things. Aunt Helen will always be remembered with Love. Rest in Peace.
One very special person in my life has passed away. To Matt Dyck (her great nephew) she was the Duck Lady when he was 7 or 8 we stopped by for a short visit and she had some baby ducklings that she would feed and I have a photo of her and Matt feeding those ducklings. I will always remember Sarah Viner (my stepdaughter) pushing back from her diningroom table and saying "I am Christmas dinner full" Aunty Helen always made sure you ate well at her house. She will now be with those whom she loved so much but lost too soon. Aunty Helen ich liebe dich.
I will really miss Auntie Helen, always enjoyed visiting with her and taking my Mom & her visiting or shopping. Life will be alot emptier & lonely without her, I can't imagine how you will all miss her. She was a very hard worker and always trying to serve others, even on her death bed.Her memory will live on in yourselves.
My sincerest sympathies to Helen's family. She was my neighbor for many years on Pineridge Crescent, and accepted me and my family "warts and all". I always appreciated her friendship, her example, and most of all her deep trust in her Lord & Savior Jesus Christ. She was a great example of how to live life well to many of us. I'm so sorry to hear of hear death, but know her suffering is over and she is home in Heaven! Rest in Peace our dear friend Helen!
