I am now much sorrier that I missed you on Labour Day Weekend. You will be missed.

Ivan was mine & my husband's instructor in the early 80s. I remember Ivan had a relaxed demeanor with a killer sense of humour. What I most fondly remember is he helped several interested students to build a terrarium of their own; just for fun & not part of the curriculum. Thank you Ivan!

Ivan was one of last of the Saskatchewan characters. His many hobbies and his never failing willingnes to help anyone any time were long time highlights of the Little Bear Lake community.

To Ivan's family, my deepest condolences. Ivan was my teacher, my program head, my colleague and my boss. He was one of a kind and had a compassionate heart. I feel privileged to have known and worked with him, and honored to have consider him a friend. He will be missed.

My deepest sympathy to your family Ivan, you were a great person and instructor at Kelsey.

Oh Ivan, how could you sneak away without letting us say good-bye or tell you how much we enjoyed being part of your life. Your generosity of spirit was legendary and we are richer for having known you. We send our sincerest condolences to your family, Joanne and Klaas Post

Ivan was a very good colleague at Kelsey. We had many discussions at coffee break - they always lead to what I thought was his true love - Little Bear Lake. Please accept my most sincere condolences.

Dear Kathleen, Katie & Greg & Family, & Mary Jean; our deepest sympathy to you all. I worked with Ivan at Kelsey for many years. He was a true friend, confidante and leader, and showed me the ropes when I started there. Ivan's generosity knew no bounds; he always had time to help students, coworkers, and anyone who asked. We are so sorry for your loss.

I took this photo while attending Kelsey. Ivan was cleaning up a spill that day. I have had several of those days since I took over his role.
