A life long friend will be sadly missed. He changed the face of this province for adults with intellectual disabilities by being instrumental in creating the SARCAN system that has gone on to employ thousands of people who needed a little support to become contributing members of Saskatchewan society. You changed lives. Thanks Wayne and his wife and boys for the commitment that you all made.
