Prosad (Aaron) and Laurel:

I'm honoured to have met your mother. Great to read that she was a glider pilot. I can see that it would have been a lot of fun to have known her better. I can also see that she will be remembered by many and will continue to be a part of the lives of the many she touched during the 'blink of an eye' that each of us has the privilege to spend on this earth.

To the Caruk family.... We just found out and would have gone to the funeral. Sorry for your loss. We knew Harry from when he worked at the City and I knew him from the computer club many years ago. We were part of the Supper Club and that was when we met Joan. We loved your parents very much. They are surely missed. To Harry and Joan, thank you for all the laughs and good times. Love, Francis and Dale.

I had the privilege of teaching Laurel in Kindergarten in the Ukrainian Bilingual Program at St. Maria Goretti many years ago. I also worked on the same staff with your mom. She was a delight to work with, with many a smiles when things were not quite right! May your memories of mom keep her alive in your life forever.
