I am very saddened by the news of Uncle Stan's passing. When I was young, it was always a very special treat to visit the Stan Currie family in Moose Jaw. Uncle Stan and Auntie Pat were such lovely, classy people, and the world is smaller without them.

Dear Grant, Jean and family,
Very sorry to hear this sad news. I also remember trips to the Supermarket in Moose Jaw. The success of the neighbourhood store was due to the care and attention provided by its owners, who always took time to share a story or joke.
We hope fond memories will bring you comfort in the days to come.
Sincerely,
Janice, Kim and Keira Anderson

Our condolences to the Currie boys and their families. Stan and Harvey ran that store with precision. They knew all their customers by name and always had a few personal remarks to each and everyone. Those were the days when you knew everyone in the store. We always shopped at the Super Market in Moose Jaw. Fond memories of a terrific guy! Stan was very special. So very sorry for your loss. Darla and Lloyd Spicer.
