Hartford City - Patricia H. "Patty" Cale, 55, passed away Dec. 4, 2016. Funeral services: 11:00 a.m. Dec. 10, 2016 in the Waters Funeral Home, 501 W. Washington St. Hartford City. Burial will follow the service at the Elizabethtown Cemetery, in Northern Delaware County. Visitation will be from 4 - 8 p.m. Dec. 9th and an hour before the service on Saturday.
