Charlie was a great character and myself and my husband spent many a fun weekend watching football in his company in Sir Tom's box at Sunderland. He was a very generous man with a great sense of humour and will be sadly missed. My condolences to all his family.

Charlie a Good Cheerful Gentleman of true distinction. Taken from the world far to early. I am sure anymore who thinks of him will always have a smile. So many happy memories of this great guy and boss.
