I will always remember my freshman year at Tennessee State University (1970) when a female friend provided me with an album by the Delfonics (La, La means I love you and Didn't I blow your mind)...now that was really music. Mr. Harris made a major impact musically and helped to put Philly on the map with that awesome heart-wrenching music...all about LOVE!!! I did not want to give that Delfonics album back to my friend...and I kept it as long as I possibly could. Thanks so much for indelibly etching a place in the music industry that will supercede most of our lives. May Mr. Harris rest in peace along with the other great soulful crooners. Respectfully submitted by Artemus Flagg, Ph. D., LPC - Charlotte, NC
