GRAHAM - Mr. Randy A. "Randon" Allen, 46, of 943 Ingold Drive, died at the Hospice Home on Thursday, Dec. 26, 2013, at 12:50 a.m., following 10 years declining health and three months critical illness.
A native of Alamance County, he was the son of the late Clarence R. Allen and Mary F. Ingold Allen, who survives. He was a race car fabricator and of the Baptist faith.
In addition to his mother of Graham, survivors include a brother, Mark Allen and wife Tina of Snow Camp; two nephews, Robbie Allen and Coty Allen; one niece, Madalyn Allen; and several aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by a brother, C. Michael Allen; maternal grandfather, Charlie A. Ingold; maternal grandmother, Pearl Ingold; paternal grandfather, C.C. Allen; and paternal grandmother, Hazel Allen.
The funeral service will be conducted in the Rich & Thompson Chapel in Graham on Monday, Dec. 30, 2013, at 11 a.m. by Pastor John Cornett with the family receiving friends from 10 to 11 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Alamance Memorial Park. At other times, the family will be at the residence.
