BALLANTINE (Raymond):
Very precious and much loved Dad of Julie. I am very thankful he was my Dad and it was a privilege to have looked out for him in his latter years. Dad taught me how to catch more herring than anyone else. Always shared words of wisdom and I could do no wrong. I am very proud of his achievements. From his sailing, football, fishing and youth work days to the years in the foundry making plaques and all things metal. No more will I hear him call out “Julie, Julie” or “My Baby”. A Dad who was mine and set apart from the rest. I was so proud of you Dad. Well done! I love you and I always will. Your youngest daughter and “Baby” Julie.
