MASTRANDREA FAMILY,
I am so sorry to learn of the loss of your husband, father and grandfather. I knew Joe and his brothers John and Tony for many years while a Police Officer for the Town of Westerly. Joe and his brothers owned and operated the taxi service at the corner of Canal St. and Railroad Ave, as well as the Savory Hotel for many years. I recall many hours during the night and early morning they would pick up passengers at the Train Station and take others to work. We called them many times when people were stranded and they put them for the night for much less them the normal price. Joe's work is done he has gone to be with his brothers. In the Indian world we believe that Joe will never die his blood is in his children and grandchildren. Joe you are not forgotten.

Dear Enza,
The angels came down and took your father home, where he is at peace and sleeping with the angels, you see he is not alone.
For your heart broke in two as his did when he left your family and you,
There is nothing anyone could say or do!!
For just remember even though you can not see or hear him, he will always be by your side,
Just like the morning you were with him when he died!!!
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
