To Spencer...

Dear Spencer you was a true English man. I was fortunate to have met you in the RI Police Academy 2001 . We would laugh about you smoking fags I would like to add a little humor you made me laugh like Benny hill. However you never forgot where you came from. ENGLAND GOD BLESS THE QUEEN. I wish I could say more but I wont. You were like the Elton John song candle the wind. I wish I could talk to your mom and dad and tell them what a proud son they raised. You always keep a picture of your son Teddy in your green ford escort . I can still remember him. He had Bright Red curlley hair. For you Spencer i stand up and Salute You not because you were a police officer but because you had so much PRIDE for your country England and your Son Teddy he will miss you. However he should should hold back any tears of sadness and make them tears of joy. You Spencer always did what was right and you was a proud father you always talked about him. I wish noting but good will to you and your family. It was an HONOR to have served with you I would have done anything for you. Your spirit and good will will always be remembered by me and I will never forget you or your son that you was so proud of . God Bless you and God Bless your true country England .

Ps I understand that my grammar might not be perfect but you know me Spencer I was a bit of a Swamp Yankee . However you know its from the heart and Webster can sit on it.

GOD BLESS You and your Family and your son Teddy

To Spencer.
No man could have wished for a better nephew. We didn't meet oftenenough= the miles kept us apart. My condolences to all his family especially to Teddy who will now grow up without his father's guidance, and to all his friends everywhere. A great loss, he will surely be missed by all who knew him.
