All the wonderful messages of support are so greatly appreciated! We honored Mom today in a very special and fitting way. She is now in heaven singing with the heavenly choirs, and smiling on us all. She touched so many people's lives - I am fortunate to have had her as my mother. Our fierce bond will continue to grow strong as I pray to her for guidance in my daily challenges. I only need to ask "what would mom do?" and I know I'll be headed in the right direction. Thank you, Mom, for being the most amazing mother. You are so loved, always!

My condolences to Mrs. Iafolla's family and friends. I met her when I was a seminarian in Cleveland and my parents moved to Columbus and St Andrew. She was fantastic with the choir, knew how to relate to Fr Schultz, God rest him, and how to motivate people ... my mother enjoyed her friendship very much. I have fond memories of Christmas and Holy Week masses there, with Mrs Iafolla directing music and choir. She was also very supportive of my ministry when I was in El Salvador. May she rest in peace. I so wish that I could be there for her funeral mass. God bless you all and her. Fr Joseph Callahan

Marc, sorry to hear about the loss of your mother. Hang in there. I know these can be tough times. I went through them a few years ago myself. Keep your faith, and remember all the good times. Thinking of you, your friend.

Growing up attending Saint Andrews school and church I had the opportunity to be blessed by Mrs. Iafolla many ways. I especially remember midnight mass's beautiful music on Christmas Eve. The Variety shows were alot of fun to be involved with. Thank you Lord for blessing so many with her wonderful life.
