I went all thru high school with Jerry, wonderful man, very nice family man, great morals and values. Rest in Peace Jerry
Our deepest sympathy to Jerry's family. I remember Jerry from High School. He was always such a nice and respectful person to everyone. May you find comfort in knowing he is with the Lord and may you find joy in the good memories of him.
Nathan Sonberg and Family
I attended EHS with Jerry who left a lasting memory as being one of the nicest and friendliest people to everyone. Since then, I too would only see him at reunions. At these reunions we would always share a great laugh over something neither of us would ever forget. About 15 years after leaving Eureka I was a Hayward Police Detective investigating something at a local motel. Entering the motel lobby, I recognized Jerry, but he didn't recognize me. Having some fun, I identified myself to him as a police detective. The look on his face was priceless-convinced he was innocent and hadn't done anything wrong. We ended up having a great laugh. When he was in the Bay Area on business, Jerry and I would get together for lunch or dinner. I will miss Jerry and all the laughs we had. My most sincere condolences to Jerry's friends and family.
I knew Jerry from high school and had only seen him at reunions. He was a great guy and they way he lived his life was inspiring. My heart goes out to his family and friends, may his memory bring you peace.

To the Ross Family-
I met Jerry maybe forty years ago and whenever I saw him, at lodge, at church, or on the street, he was always friendly and enthusiastic. He was a great man and accomplished much. He will be missed.
We are so sorry for Jerry's passing, he was a Great guy. We got to know him at Sunny Brae Animal Hospital and helped us in our animal care.
