Mary helped in so many ways when I was a grad student at CU. From a late application to school at the beginning of my time there to numerous requests for help with applications for jobs when I was finishing up, I can't imagine success in graduate school without her help. More important, she was a friend and will very much be missed.

I knew Mary from the Political Science department. She was a strong, beautiful and intelligent person. She often spoke of the importance of her family, especially. Through thick and thin, they were most important to her. Mary did not like it when people or animals were treated unfairly.
