I am saddened to hear of your loss of this very special lady, Mom, Grandmother and loyal friend. She and my Mom were friends since girlhood and my Mom used to tell me her parents teased her by saying "Don't you have a home"? because she spent so much time at my Mom's house. My Mom also graduated in nursing from Saskatoon City Hospital - something else they shared. I cherish times spent with "Hutch" and her always embracing new things. Making cards - learning about using the computer and I know my folks loved their bridge games together and the friendship they enjoyed through many years. God Bless you 'Hutch' - you gave me valuable insight and I thank you for you and the many times you welcomed me/us into your home.

YOUR MOTHER GRADUATED WITH MY MOM DOROTHY CROMAR (JOHNSTON), AND I MET HER AT THE NURSES REUNION IN SASKATOON IN 2006 FOR THE FIRST TIME. VERY FUN LOVING PERSON AND DEAR FRIEND OF MY MOMS. REST IN PEACE. HUTCH WAS VERY DEAR TO MY MOM WHEN SHE WAS SICK, AND WOULD PHONE HER ....AND MOM WOULD ALWAYS BE CHEERED UP.THE NURSING CLASS OF 1946 HAD A VERY SPECIAL BOND OVER THE YEARS, AND THEY WERE FAMILY OVER ALL THESE YEARS. YOUR MOM KEPT NEWSLETTERS UP TODATE FOR EVERYONE IN HER CLASS, SO SHE WAS VERY ORGANIZED TO DO THAT. TO HER FAMILY, TAKE CARE - SHE WAS A VERY NICE LADY, AND IM SURE THERE IS A GREAT REUNION GOING ON RIGHT NOW.
