I first met him in the summer of 1956 as a MIT student when he taught an electrical engineering course. In the few idle minutes he shared his concept of revolutionizing high- fidelity sound systems by using an array of small speakers. He was trying to obtain funding in the U.S. for his idea without success. He knew the course material very well. It was a delight to see his brilliant success. It was a shock to read of his passing.
My condolences to his family
