What tragedy for the people of Phillipines to endure. May God's promise at Isaiah 65:17 be a source of hope.
For everyone John Cezar may have known.
What should we do in this tragedy? I ask this question to myself. I feel my feebleness but I know God to solve all of the problem and to console victims' family. Malachi3:16
It is a big sorrow to lose beloved ones. In these tragedy times, I hope to send comforts to victims& their family. Revelation21:3,4

Death was not God's original purpose for us, and it is something for which we can never be completely prepared. As the city of Miami, FL, (USA) join you in your grief and offer our heartfelt condolences to the many who lost family members and close friends in this Super Typhoon, may you be comforted by the many memories that you shared with your loved ones. We continue to pray for "God's Kingdom to come and His will to be done on earth as it is in heaven." This will mean the end to all our major problems including natural disasters such as this Typhoon that destroyed many lives and properties. Until then, I will join the millions in offering aid to ease your loss.
Our Loving Creator never intended for humans to be plagued by natural disasters. His "will" is for people to live in peaceful conditions on earth. He will soon intervene in human affairs and remove all badness.
At Psalms 37:11 He promises, " ...the meek shall possess the earth, and find their exquisite delight in the abundance of peace." We can be certain of his promises to undo all harm man has suffered throughout history. Why? Because God is love. -1 John 4:8

Deepest sympathy to the families of the typhoon Haiyan victims. As you remember your loved ones, rely on God's word for comfort and strength, during this difficult time.[Isaiah 12:2 and Romans 15:4]
The Lord is with you and you are in my prayers.
To the Families:
Although your hearts are weighed down and the future looks uncertain, the situation is not hopeless. The present woes, including the stormy conditions in human society, add to the evidence that relief is near. Do not blame God for the natural disasters experienced today. He is not the cause of these at all! Many who have experienced these natural disasters have said that they relied on God, and “he took care of us.” You, too, have somebody who cares.
No matter what the cause of our distress, we can all cope if we focus our attention on “the God of all comfort.” He will give us the strength required to continue on faithfully.—2 Cor. 1:3-6. Keep your eyes focused on the sure hope and have confidence like that of the apostle Paul, who said: “For this very cause I am also suffering these things, but I am not ashamed. For I know the one whom I have believed, and I am confident he is able to guard what I have laid up in trust with him until that day.”
all of you have my deepest sympathy may the god of comfort give you confort in your time of need cor 1 3,4

By Thy resurrection from the dead, O Christ, death no longer hath dominion over those who die in holiness. So, we beseech Thee, give rest to Thy servants in Thy sanctuary and in Abraham's bosom. Grant it to those, who from Adam until now have adored Thee with purity, to our fathers and brothers, to our kinsmen and friends, to all men who have lived by faith and passed on their road to Thee, by a thousand ways, and in all conditions, and make them worthy of the heavenly kingdom.

. I am so sorry for this tragedy. With such loss and devastation we are not able to " carry on as usual" . Perhaps this will help. At Psalm 56:8 David pleaded to God: "Do put my tears in your skin bottle. Are they not in your book? Like David I know that God is aware of the pain and emotional turmoil. .. let him help you he knows what you need. (Jeremiah 29:12) . . .And YOU will certainly call me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to YOU. . .
We all are God Children my heart goes the families. I will keep all of you in my prays.

Sorry for your lost everybody in the world is praying for you all
As a fond mother, when the day is o'er,
Leads by the hand her little child to bed,
Half willing, half reluctant to be led,
And leave his broken playthings on the floor,
Still gazing at them through the open door,
Nor wholly reassured and comforted
By promises of others in their stead,
Which, though more splendid, may not please him more;
So Nature deals with us, and takes away
Our playthings one by one, and by the hand
Leads us to rest so gently, that we go
Scarce knowing if we wish to go or stay,
Being too full of sleep to understand
How far the unknown transcends the what we know.
