It has taken me a while to get here. Signing this makes it real. My Uncle Jay was the pillar of our family. He was a giant among men and had the kindest and most gentle spirit. He was the family photographer. He was the quintessential shutterbug that could take your picture and you never even knew it, until you saw yourself in one of those really cool home movies.... he was way ahead of his time!Photography was his art... the camera was his tool and our family was his subject, his passion.... and he was really good at it! My Uncle always had a smile and a hug for me.... I never felt lost in the crowd of cousins, he made me feel like I was special! I am so sad we were not able to make that family reunion happen, but I know the reunion he needed was in a place where only Heavenly Pies are made....enjoy Uncle Jay, you are home! I will love you and cherish every memory for all of my days..... save a piece of pie for me...... Tam
