I just learned by chance of Dr. Kasper's passing. Please accept my heartfelt condolences to his family. Dr. Kasper cared for my father at NSC in 2012, & words cannot express how appreciative we were of the dedicated, compassionate, & extremely competent medical care he provided to my Dad. He was a remarkable doctor, the likes of which are not easily found today. May God bless him, and his family. I am deeply sorry for your loss.

Dr Kasper was a very caring and dedicated physician to his patients at John Heinz. He always made sure to spend a few moments with each and every patient daily. As an 11-7 nurse at John Heinz I saw this dedication daily and was always in awe of his continued caring nature. Dr Kasper will be missed as a physician, colleague and mostly as a friend. Rest in Peace Dr Kasper.

Dave was a special and wonderful person. No matter how much time passed between meetings we could easily pick up where we left off. We could do this because Dave cared. Dave was just that; a genuine and wonderful person who cared. He is missed.

Dr. Kasper was my doctor at Special Care for 2 years. He was a great man, we used to talk quite a bit, always about his growing up and going to college, his life. He adored his wife and daughter. I was in the hospital for 3 months at a time, and I always enjoyed his talks. It helped me connect to the outside world. I will never forget him. Prayers to his family. I am shocked at his passing. God Bless.

I met Dr Kasper at John Heinz rehab when I moved to Nepa in 2000. He may me feel right at home the first time I met him and we became close friends ever since. I learned so much from him in my nursing career and I respected him for his love of his patients. He was 'one of a kind' and I will never forget him. He was a generous, loving man who cared about the nurses lives beyond the work environment. Heaven gained a great doctor but mankind lost an angel.

I was shocked to hear of Dr. Kasper's death. While as chaplain at Mercy in Wilkes-Barre I witnessed first hand the compassionate and gentle care he showed all his patients.
