Jeff and "Extended Benton Foundry Family". My heart is heavy and sad to hear the loss of such a great business man and friend. I had the pleasure of doing business with Benton Foundry for many years. Fritz was never to busy to take my calls and always willing to help. Words cannot express the respect I have for Fritz and the Benton Foundry family.

Fritz was a truly great man who was highly regarded in our industry. In my opinion, having been in the business for 30 years, he was one of the top foundrymen that I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He was a true gentleman, with a great sense of humor, but at the same time a very savvy businessman and a visionary. Our industry and the world are poorer for his loss. My family & I offer our deepest condolences. He will be missed.
My condolences to you and your family. You and the larger "Benton family" are in my thoughts and prayers. I enjoyed getting to know Fritz over the years not only as a buisness partner but as a friend.

When I started with Jay R. Smith Mfg. Co., Benton Foundry was a main supplier of our cast iron. At that time Fritz took the calls and we did all of our expediting with him. I got to know Fritz from that time (early 70s) and watched how he grew Benton Foundry. I can't say enough good things about Fritz. I considered him a friend. He was one of the most honest people I've dealt with and just a great human being. We have all suffered a great loss. I will miss seeing him on his yearly visits to Montgomery and just being able to call him and say hello. May he rest in peace.
Our hearts go out to the entire Hall family. You are in our thoughts and prayers at this most difficult time. Fritz , you will be sorely missed. I am glad to have known you. Rest in peace my friend.
We are both so sad at Fritz's passing. May God take him by the hand and Guide him to a perfect place to wait for all of you. Our prayers are with you JoAnn and Family

How frequently the Hall name comes up in Hallstead and Great Bend especially around the ball field. I went to an auction a while ago and bidded on little cast iron dogs made at the Hallstead Foundry. You employed so many people in the day and made life better for so many people. I remember going to the top of the hill with Linda. So many memories. My thoughts are with all your family at this very sad time.
