Very sorry to hear of the passing of Christine. My sympathy goes out to her family.
Dear All: Jenny, Genie, Charles, Robert, Mary Catherine:
So sorry to hear of your loss. I remember your Mom very fondly – what comes to mind most is her sense of understanding and jest to ease troubles and brighten moods... I always found myself chuckling and uplifted in her presence. My thoughts are with you.
So sorry to hear of your mother's passing, Jennie. We're thinking of you and hope that you're finding peace in Pennsylvania,
Dan, Anna, Jonah & Emma
To Christine's children and extended family , please accept our sympathies and deepest condolences. Christine. Was a lovely soul who made us feel a part of her extended family. And she was kind and considerate when our son was deployed to both Iraq and Afghanistan, always asking how he was doing and keeping him in her prayers. May she rest in eternal peace.
Thinking of you, Jennie and Katie and Julia. --Papatya

I am so sorry to hear about your Mom's passing. She was such a fantastic lady. My thoughts and prayers are with the whole Dougherty family.
Please accept my sympathy at Christine's death. I remember her as a good friend of my sister, Barbara McManus Gallagher, at St Therese's many years ago.
To all of Christine's children and their families. I WANT TO GIVE MY SINCERE SYMPATHY TO ALL OF YOU. I LOVED COMING TO YOUR HOME IN KINSTON. I ENJOYED TALKING TO BOTH YOUR PARENTS. IN FACT, I LOVED GOING TO VISIT EVEN WHEN WE HAD LEG WRESTLING. I HAVE GREAT MEMORIES. I LOVE ALL OF YOU. PLEASE KEEP IN TOUCH.
My sincere condolences. May the God of all comfort give you the strength to cope. Isiah 25:8.
I extend my Sincere Sympathy to the Giering/Dougherty Family at the time of the death of their Mother/Sister, Christine. I was saddened to read about her death in today's paper. I was a member of, "Miss Giering's" 4th grade class at St Alousius School in South Wilkes -Barre during the '57/'58 school year. Ours was a huge class. Her always gentle, loving care of us and her wonderful teaching style captured our hearts and minds...She guided all of us as 9 year olds wonderfully well. Many of those little girls, including me, attended her wedding (uninvited) at the Church...we wanted to surprise her...I'm sure we did. She looked like a princess...AND she was our beloved Teacher. I often thought of her over the years. I met her many years ago and I think she told me that we were her one and only class. Special Her...very Lucky Us.
May she rest in PEACE and pray for all of us as she keeps the intentions of her Dear Ones close to the throne of God.
May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
My deepest sympathy on the loss of your mother. She was a lovely neighbor.
Our thoughts are with you.
Kathy & Ron Lieberman
Our very deepest sympathy to all the Dougherty's on their loss.
