I am so sorry to hear of the passing of such a brilliant, caring, and kind man. I have been a patient of Dr. Ferrell's for the past 4 years, and he has helped me in more ways than he'll ever know. He had a way with people that was effortless, and a true passion for helping people. I'm upset that I haven't seen him since August and wish I could have attended his wake. I will always remember his smile and laugh and what a wonderful person he was. I will miss him greatly and my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Thank you Dr. Ferrell for all of the problems you have helped me solve and providing me with the tools to hopefully solve future ones. God bless, I'm going to miss you so much.
I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Keith. There are no words to make losing your soulmate, feel better. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

God Bless you and the talents given you, Keith. I pray for you.
I am devastated to hear this. Dr. Keith did MORE for me than ANY other counselor! He was a BRILLIANT and WISE man; a Renaissance man, if you will...a very exclusive breed. God Bless you, Keith.....and my condolences to his family and those who benefited from his great talents.
Marylee,Keith was a gentleman and a great companion and professional peer. When you left the message of his passing,I began to cry for the loss of a friend of over thirty years starting with Catholic Social Services with Ned Delaney,Ed raineri, Msgr McAndrews. He was the commmsumate professional,a great companion to you for the past thirty-four years and a great friend to your dogs who wandered around the offices and in your home.It was a pleasure to work with Keith and you and will miss his conversations about his trips to Florida, cycling of riding his motorcycle.Keith was a friend and great colleague.I will miss him. Garry Van Scoy
Dear MaryLee and Bella, I am so very sorry for your loss. Keith was many things to many people, but to me he was always someone who made me laugh.....he had a dry, slightly sarcastic wit that I loved. I am sure he is with Snickers and Brandy. He was your best friend, your business partner, your travelling buddy and your love. No words can ease the pain of such a loss, but I do hope that your memories comfort you
Marylee: I will be out of town and unable to do offer my condolences directly, but I am truly sorrow for your loss. It is my hope that with the support of friends, you find some measure of solace. I will remember him fondly and think of him with kindness. I will remember what we did together and regret what we didn't.................
A great man and an outstanding physician. I was fortunate to have known him.

A great therapist (I estimate the best in the area) and a great man! Keith will be greatly, greatly missed in our community!
Dr. Ferrell will remain one of the most intelligent, helpful individuals I have known. He made a huge impact on me, my deepest sympathy to his wife.
With my sincere sympathy,
My deepest sympathies go out to the family, friends, and fellow colleagues of the most gifted, talented, honest and open clinicians and human beings I have been privileged and blessed to have known. Sometimes as a colleague, other times as a client! One never had to wonder what Keith was thinking, he would tell you. Sometimes in such a way you would never know what hit you. A good shock and awe!! You would not think someone could be that honest or open. But were always pleasantly surprised when you thought about it, you would know he was right! One came away thinking why can't I be that honest? When I first was given the news, the tears came, but quickly, thanks to what Keith taught me, I was able to hear him saying Ellis's and R E T's words, "you would like it to be some other way, it is not, move on." The easiest words to read, but the hardest to do for ourselves and to teach our clients. I hope Keith doesn't mind if I take a little bit longer this time to move on. I will try to remember what I consider to be the greatest advice he ever gave me that I have tried to pass on to my clients--"sometimes in life, in some situations, one can only get through it, not over it. The key is to figure out the difference. And not beat yourself up about not being able to get over it!" So well done good and faithful servant, go rest high on that mountain now. You have done better than well, gooder than good. Rest in the arms of the Great Counselor. I hope they can import Irish whiskey up there. If not I will have a few Bulleits in your honor! Slainte!
