Rich,
Hard to believe 10 years has passed since the world was made less by your loss.
You are still missed by so very many.
But I am certain you are in a much happier place without pain or concerns.
Peace Brother

Rich,

I can't believe it was ten years ago that we lost you. Time may pass, but memories do not. I'm thankful that our paths in life crossed. Rest well, my friend.

Ten years ago this world lost a beautiful man LTC Richard Berrettini!! I had the honor and privilege to serve with him in Afghanistan. A man that had compassion, love, and service as his foundation. The care that this man gave to everyone was infectious. He was taken way too soon and the world became dimmer. May God continue to provide comfort to his wife and children during this day and may his love for humanity not be forgotten. RIP Brother!! Love and miss you!

Ten years ago today, the world lost a beautiful man! I had the honor, privilege, experience of a lifetime serving with you in Afghanistan Sir! I think of you often and wish I would have met you so much earlier. May God continue to provide comfort to your wife and children. May you continue to watch over them. Its not the same without you and we miss you Sir. RIP Brother

Rich,

Today is Memorial Day, 2016. As we pause to honor those who made the Ultimate Sacrifice, as well as to thank active military personnel for their service, please know that I think of you often.

I paid respects earlier this morning at the town Memorial to the Fallen here in Brewster, and you were especially in my thoughts and prayers.

Many thanks to Jane, Vince, Chris and you for being so good to me during my Pt. Allegany days.

Rest well in the Arms of God, my friend.

With Highest Respect,
Edward J. Wrede

Hello,
We would like to express our deepest condolences and also let the Berrettini Family and friends know that we will be sending Care Packages to troops in Afghanistan this week and we'll be dedicating several of these to your loved one. Each package will carry the name, photo and the hometown of Richard J. Berrettini US Army Lieutenant Colonel. We realize that this is a small tribute, but we do this with all respect and sincerity and we want you to know that it is made possible by thousands of like-minded individuals from across the American youth hockey community. We will not forget. May God Bless you and keep you strong.
Sincerely,
Charlie Gili & Family
