To Dr. Lizzi's Family, I'm sorry for the loss of your Father. I was his patient for a long time. He was kind and a wonderful person. He will be missed. God Bless You

To the Family of Dr. Frank Lizzi, I've never met a more devoted physician, Dr. Lizzi would care for his patients long after hours. One time, when I shared an elevator with him, I noticed he had a sandwich in one of his pockets, I believe it was because he didn't have time to sit for a meal. When I mentioned the sandwich in his pocket to a nurse, she told me he put his patients' needs before his own. A wonderful patient advocate, he will be missed.

As an RN, I had many opportunities to witness Dr. Lizzi's compassion and dedication. From early in the AM until late into the PM, he could be found making rounds on his patients. May he enjoy his eternal reward with God.

Dear Lizzi Family,
I am deeply saddened by the passing of your father. He treated my daughter at the age of 18 months for Leukemia...she is 24 today and very healthy. His patience and dedication to his patients was a gift to those who knew him. As a nurse at St. Peter's I respected his knowledge and caring that he provided all of his patients. Thank you for sharing him with all of us all these years. God bless you all.

Frank Lizzi was my classmate at Albany Medical College and we shared many patients during our careers. Frank was a caring, dedicated physician and always put his patient's welfare first. He will be missed.

Dear Mrs. Lizzi and Family,
Dr. Lizzi was highly respected among his colleagues at St. Peter's. He was the hematologist for several of my OB patients, and I could always depend on his willing presence and sage advice. I hope that you will find great comfort in knowing how loved and respected he was by his patients and colleagues.

Sincerely,

Marla Eglowstein, MD
