Hi Liza,
I know that you are in heaven and you are good but daddy still misses you with all of his heart.
I try to remember all of the happy things but sometimes the bad comes into my mind as well.
You are a wonderful loving, caring daughter and Shirley and I miss you every day. Today is very tough because this is the day we lost you as a physical person but not in our heart and thoughts.
Liza's Lifeline is going good and we continue to help people every month. We just had our golf tournament and with the money earned we will be able to continue to help women get out of harm's way.
Liza honey daddy loves you very much and so does Shirley. As I said earlier there is not a day that goes by that Shirley and I do not think of you. We love you very much.

Today it is 8 years since you left us. I know that you know that it hurts us all especially your Dad, Shirley, Eric and me. We miss you more today than ever. Daddy, Shirley and I work so hard to keep your memory alive by helping women who are being abused. I try so hard to educate young women about the subtle signs of abuse in your name. I love you and miss you the same as I did the day we were notified that you were the victim of domestic homicide. Just this weekend another young woman was murdered by her boyfriend and I intend to reach out to the young woman's parents. They need all the support they can get now. I love you and miss you. Hi Liza,
Happy 37th birthday honey. It is 8 years since you were down for a visit in April and we had such a great time.
I know how you liked the beach so Shirley and i are going to the beach which we try to do every year on your birthday. We are also going to have Mexican for dinner at the place where the service was so good. I still remember the 3 or 4 Mexican waiters who hovered over our table. We eat there at least once a month and the service is not as good as it was when you were with us.
Liza honey I love you with all of my heart and miss you every day.
We are doing a lot of good in Charleston to fight domestic violence and all of it is in your honor and name.
I thank God every day for all of our blessings and you were one of those. We had 29 years worth of blessings with you and I am thankful for them.
All I can say Liza is I love you and miss you so much. You are in my heart with all of the memories of the good times we had. I love you.

Liza, you are always in my thoughts and heart, but more so on your birthday. How I wish I could say Happy Birthday to you here and have the opportunity to see you reach the age of 37; I know you would have made us all so proud and happy. I'll bet even though almost eight years have passed snce we last saw your physical beauty in person, that you are still as beautiful as you were when you left us. Good Morning Liza honey and Merry Christmas. I saw that your mom wrote in the guest book which reminded me that i hadn't written anything in a long time. that does not mean that you are not in my thoughts everyday it is just that your dad is old with a sometimes bad memory. Nothing to worry about just age.
This is our seventh Christmas without your physical presence but I know you are with us in spirit.
My chair in under the beautiful window pane you sent Shirley and i for Christmas and to this day i do not know how it did not get broken by the US Mail. I believe that God had a hand in watching over this beautiful gift.
I miss you every day Liza and i thank the Lord that I had the great blessing of having this remarkable women for my daughter for 29 years.
I just wanted to write and wish you a Merry Christmas and let you know that Shirley and I love and miss you very much.

PS Please keep and eye on Eric and watch over him because he has been going to alot of fires lately and we do not him to take any chances when not necessary. His friend told me that he would not go to a fire that Eric didn't go too because he is the only one that knowes what he is doing. So please Liza continue to watch over him.

Liza honey, another Christmas is upon us and this is our 8th Christmas without you. I know you are happy and watch over all of us but it is still so difficult here without you. Erica is having real difficulties and is giving Eric and Holly a very hard time. Can you please help guide her in the right direction. Her behavior is causing a great deal of stress for her parents and for her little sister. She is not listening to anyone. I miss you terribly and wish you were her for her and for us during this time. I love you and miss you so much . Mommy

HI Liza Honey,
This time of year is always very difficult because we lost the best daughter a father could ask for. It is now seven years and I still remember everything just like it was yesterday.
I went out to get the paper Thursday morning and stars were shining like never before and after I spoke with the Lord and talked to you about how much I miss you and love you. I know that you know this but Shirley misses you very much also along with Eric and your mother. Your step brother also misses you.
This is just a short note to tell you I love you and miss you with all of my heart.

Liza, we are at that horrible date of the year again; your Dad and I both can't stop thinking about seven year ago today you were still with us and tomorrow is the date he took your life and everyone's lives changed forever. We all miss you so very much, your daddy, me, your mommy, your brother, your step-brother, so many family members and friends - we are all missing a wonderful, beautiful part of our lives. We go on, but it is not the same without you here. We are helping others in your honor and that does help us also, but we sure wish we never had to do that. There are so many signs that you are still with us, and I thank you for each one! So many times your Daddy and I just know you are here; it brings joy and sadness at the same time.
