You were such an important part of my own recovery and your honesty wasn't always appreciated but instead was so vital in helping me "turn the corner" and live sober. Thank you so much for all you did for me and AA as a whole. You will be very missed. Love ya!

Anita was a cherished friend that began when we were cheerleaders at Jeff Davis, that continued on at Forrest High School, then as a roommate at the University of South Florida and a bridesmaid at my wedding. I've always been thankful for having her in my life and the many adventures we had. There was only one Anita and you loved her for being real. Her gift was all the lives she touched. I graduated from Forrest and attended FCCJ with Anita. What a dynamic little gal she was! Quick-witted, funny and fun to be with. In addition to her great personality, I know she was a tremendous mentor to many, many people. Rest in peace, Anita.
