Rest in Peace Gunner...thank you for your service and for taking a "green" Lance Corporal under your wings and sharing your wisdom.
I did not personally know Mr. Allen, I did want to extend my sincere condolences to his family and friends. Death is not easy for anyone to deal with. That is why the loving God of comfort invites us to throw our anxieties upon him and he will sustain us and give us peace. Please reflect on the beautiful memories that you were able to make together and the ones that you can make in the future when death is brought to nothing.

To the Allen family, I had the pleasure and honor of knowing your husband and Dad. I had a booth at the flea market. I'm also in the military. We shared many good times and became friends. My deepest condolences to you all. His sweet nature and friendship will be missed. LS2 Leslie Gonzalez, USN
With deepest sympathy to the Allen Family.
May the God of Comfort (Psalm 83:18) grant you peace, strength and courage during this time of sorrow (Psalm 65:2).
And may you always cherish the precious memories of times spent with him.
Joseph . . . I pray that God's peace strengthen you and yours during this difficult time. We never have answers to why, but be assured, God doesn't make mistakes; I'm guessing He needed another great Marine to guard His gates.
My sincerest condolences during this difficult time. May memories of your Father put a smile on your faces and provide you comfort. Keeping you and your family in prayers.
I was very sad to hear about the loss of your Father. From your wonderful, sometimes funny stories, I could tell he was quite a character and a devoted Husband and Father. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.
The world lost a well decorated Marine, a good man and a personal hero of mine. You will be missed uncle George.
