Dr. Jane delivered my second daughter, Natalie, in August of 1960. My fondest memory of her was when an older man was sitting in the waiting room, smoking a cigar. She stepped in front of him, grabbed the cigar from his mouth, threw it on the ground and stepped on it and said "Men who can't make babies can't smoke cigars". There was stunned silence in the room. She put up with nothing and make sure that we all understood what her rules were. She was a woman way ahead of her time and, as tough as she was, we loved her! God speed, Dr. Jane. You will be dearly remembered and sadly missed!

Dr. Jane delivered my first baby(David Semmel) August 2,1958. She was strict, but very caring. I remember the ward I was in,and she came in and told me to show a lady that was with me, how to hold a baby. I had a lot of experience with babies, for my oldest sister had three already. Mr second baby(Dennis) was delivered by Dr Naab March 26 1965.

I was 7 months pregnant and in the process of moving. Dr. Jane agreed to take me as her patient for the last 2 months. I lived with my parents until Dr. Jane delivered my twins via C section at the last moment. She was very strict, but only thought of the welfare of her patients. Dr. Jane also delivered my oldest brother's daughter and my other brother's daughter. So Dr. Jane played a big roll in our family. I'm so grateful that Dr. Jane took care of me. I will always remember her dedication to her patients and the community.
