Tim, Doug & Family; We are sorry to hear about your fathers passing. Please accept our condolences at this most difficult time. When I think of Janney's Hardware, I think of your Dad and family helping the customers. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family. Tom & Diane & (Glenn) Alliman

Mrs. Janney,Doug and Tim,
Deepest sympathy to all of you. So many memories of Trilby are connected with the Janney family - from the fire siren calling the volunteers to many trips into the store with my father. It was a pleasant chance encounter to talk with Mr. and Mrs. Janney at Manhattan's a few years ago. Condolences from Bob and me to all of you.

Sad to hear of Joe's passing. It brings back a flood of warm memories of the man and the way he treated my "Mom" as her employer and friend for so many years. I also don't remember a cross word to me as I worked at the store through my school years. Without a father of my own, Joe was a great role model for me.
