I am so terribly sorry to hear of David's passing. It is such a tragedy. I loved when David would come to his PCP's office and just talk about anything and everything. He never seemed to have a bad day. He will be missed by all.
I'm saddened to hear of Dave's passing. Enjoyed a lot of laughs with his always upbeat sense of humor.My thoughts and prayers go out to all in the family.
I was so sorry to hear about your brother's passing. He was such a great guy. He very sweet and had a great sense of humor. He will be missed.
I was so sorry to hear of your brother's passing. I remember meeting him a time or two up at "the lot" on Byrne Rd. I know from conversations and stories you told what an awesome influence, spirit and brother he was. I hope his lifes lessons and memories will lesson the saddness and bring smiles to your faces when you sit and recall your best and most favorite "David" stories.
David was a true friend. So many good times so many memories. Gabe, the time I spent in Toledo and Florida was special because of your brother. God bless you and your family.
Our deepest sympathy to the Barrow Family and especially to Violet. Our prayers are with you. Dolores and Bill Liaros

Gabe, Lisa and Gregory, I'm am so saddened to hear of your loss of David. I have some really cool memories of him ,during our teens and early twenties. He was quite a ball buster, but always made me feel part of it, whenever I was around. I can't stop smiling, thinking of the verbal "poetry" he could dish out. Sorry I couldn't have been around more over the years. All of you, and your family are in my thoughts during this tough time.
Gabe, I was sorry to read of the passing or your brother. I remember well, seeing all of you in the store that it seems I was at so often.
Peace to you family in this difficult time.
My sincere condolences to the family

I was shocked to hear the news that David is not with us anymore. I remember the many times helping Gabe get him in and out of the basement family room at my house to hang out and whatever. How about those Halloween costume parties, and that hot hot chili. The” Duce and a quarter”, or just hanging out… I cannot express my sorrow to hear this news. Though we have gone different directions in life, he will not be forgotten. Mrs. Barrow, Gabe, and All, please accept our heartfelt condolences.
It is very sad to hear of David's passing. My thoughts are with the entire Barrow family during these trying times. May he rest peacefully.
Michelle and family. My memories of Dave are, unfortunately for me, from many years ago. That however does not lessen my sympathy and condolence to you Michelle and the entire Barrow family. My thoughts and prayers will be with you all as you face these very difficult days ahead.

Since I met David as a teenager I hoped and prayed that he would regain the ability to walk. It pained me beyond words to see him in that chair. I remember fondly of my first professional job working (in the 70's) for his dad and working with Dave to assemble the tools and equipment for an innovative new way to insulate homes. David was always such an inspiration by example. No one will ever take his place. The hole he leaves will never be filled. I will miss him forever. The world is a darker place with his passing. His voice will always be fresh in my mind especially missed will be him calling me "Jimmy" in the most frienly of ways. When he passed from this life, he went straight to heaven. I will still talk to him though God and I know he will hear me. Goodby David and tell your dad I said hi. Tearfully,Your buddy.
Deepest condolences to Gabe, Lisa, family, and friends.
Dear Barrow Family,
I am so sad to hear of Dave's passing. What I most appreciated about him was his amazing ability to be tough but tender too. The quality I most remember was his friendliness. Dave never knew a stranger and had a warm welcome. May the Lord carry you all through this difficult time.
For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven:
a time to be born, and a time to die;
a time to plant, and a time to pluck up what is planted;
a time to kill and a time to heal;
a time to break down and a time to build up;
a time to weep, and a time to laugh;
a time to mourn, and a time to dance...
May our prayers comfort you all in this season. Lainie Ortman

Violet and the Barrow family... I was deeply saddened when I heard of David's passing... Not having seen him as often over the years makes no difference... I will miss his boisterous greetings,the hug following that would make you feel as if a bear had a hold of you, and God bless him for his indomitable spirit !! People were better off if David Barrow had, in some way, touched their lives. He will be tremendously missed, but, ALWAYS remembered with a smile and grin as big as his was. Who and what he was made him a special person. My deepest thoughts and prayers are with you all... God bless him and may he rest in peace !!
Love you all...

To the Barrow family,
I never met David but heard about him often from Jackie, what a wonderful life he had despite his health concerns, and loved by all. Wish I would have known him.
Please accept my heart-filled condolences to the countless Family and Friends of our beloved David. I will always remember you and keep you in my prayers! Please remember us in yours, as you look down on us from above. I will always remember your kindness, laughter, and friendship, over the many years. Your love for your family and friends was amazing and inspirational. You always managed to make everyone smile, even in times of trouble. You could be counted on to break the ice with your laughter, and quick wit one liners. You were truly gifted in so many ways, and accomplished so much in life.
All the great memories at the Barrow house fill my head, and all the incredible food you and your Mom would make, can never be forgotten. Not sure who was the better cook, you or your mom, I think it was kind of like a partnership. Everyone was always welcome, and everyone was comfortable. When you smile, you remind me of what I remember of your Dad. If someone asked me to share stories of one of my favorite families…the Barrow family would come to mind first.
I can honestly say that you were one of the smartest people I ever met, and you were never afraid to take on any endeavor, no matter how big. From building houses, to fixing watches, you were a fascinating individual to talk to. You always spoke your mind and told it like it is. I think that is why you could hold everyone's attention so easy, it just came natural.
You will be sadly missed my Friend!! May your soul, and all the souls of our faithful departed, through thy Lord's mercy, rest in peace. Our Father has called you home. Rest now, and dwell in the House of the Lord forever. Your work in this world is done, and a fine job you did my friend.
I am sorry for your loss! David will always be remembered!
To Gabe & family,
So sorry to hear of the passing of your brother David. There are no words to replace a loved one, but take solace in knowing that David is with the Holy Father now and smiling down on you all.
For Jeffery and David--Some people come into our lives and quickly go. Some people stay for awhile, and give us a deeper understanding of what is truly important in this life. They touch our souls. We gain strength from the footprints they leave on our hearts, and we will never ever be the same. Memory Eternal--Love Aunt Sally Shemas
You certainly lived life to its fullest! Whenever we saw you, you acted like we had just seen you yesterday, laughing, joking. You have a wonderful family that will live on with those loving memories. Behave up there David, but we all could use some laughs......forever unto ages of ages Jeanine and Nate Khoury AMEN
Gabe and Family, The loss you have sustained has to be exceeded by the knowledge that David's courage, character and integrity transformed thousands of hearts to look at "disability" with "new" eyes. Our love and prayers to you and your wonderful family. MEMORY ETERNAL
My condolences to you and your family Lisa.

Hey David, the other day when father gave you communion, I just kept looking at you, I looked at Father and I said, "ya know, it's funny we look like we will never look again at you, but I kept thinking about all the times that we had, and I would of course smile, the talks we have had, the times we spent working together when we were younger, and when I was your secretary when you built houses, you were one that always accepted advice and not getting mad at me when we argued points..lol...then we would end up at Rudy Hot Dog, or Ideal Hot Dog..lol..we loved our hot dogs. You were a great teacher to me and others, you taught me in other ways, you taught me to be tough when I needed it, you taught me great leadership, and how to deal with ignorant business people, just like dad taught us..Your smile, your support in any matter was above and beyond you were more than a brother, when Dad passed away you were a natural "Dad" to all of us, you took over, and put dad's traits in all of us, we were your kids, we all turned to you....you are amazing, always had an answer for our questions, I am aching right now and it will be for awhile..I know you are happy...I know you with Dad, Grandma and all our loved ones and your friends, you are free..you're running and loving it I can just imagine what you and dad have in store for us..lol..I love you my brother, but I weep so hard for you because I am selfish that God took you, and I wanted you here with us, so I let you go, enjoy your journey and have a beautiful life until we see each other again...I love you forever!! Your sister Michelle Barrow Popoff..xxxxxxxxooooooo
My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.
