Geoff was a sweet friend to me in high school. We shared a lot of laughs.I had the unexpected pleasure to run into him at a small local grocery store in Santa Monica, Ca. I had not seen him in 25 years. Small world. I am so happy he found love and had a family. He was a lovely guy.
Geoff.. You were a wonderful classmate, in junior high, at Deveaux, and in high school, at Start.
With deepest sympathy

Geoff and I were teammates at Start HS on both the football and track teams. He was a great teammate and we had many good times together, especially on the track. He also took me to my first OSU-Michigan game in Columbus in '66, an experience I'll never forget. He was quick-witted, a lot of fun to be with, and a true team player. It was no surprise to me he had such a great career. Geoff and his family will be in my thoughts and my prayers always.
My heart goes out to all of the family. Enjoy those times that you shared, and the memories that you made over the years. I remember Geoff from the days in the neighborhood, at DeVeaux, and then at Start, too. I know his friendly smile will be missed by all who knew him!
Geoff was obviously very special to Cyd and our family. But, that stands to reason...he was simply a very special man. Connie...our thoughts are with you.

Farewell to a very nice man. I only wish I'd worked at Sony a bit longer and had the opportunity to know Geoffrey better.
Connie & Bonnie,
We were so shocked and saddened when we read the news about Geoff. He was always such a sweetheart. He was always one of Dad's favorites. Please accept our sympathies and our prayes.

Geoff was a part of my childhood from early neighborhood days through high school. He was always a friend to everyone he met. My prayers go to his wife, children and Bonnie and Connie.
With beautiful childhood memories from our years at DeVeaux, my thoughts and prayers are with you.
Sending my heart felt sympathy to all of you for the tragic loss of a beloved brother, husband, and father.
To the entire Ammer family-
