Jane Lillian Lundquist, Jeane's Niece, recently passed away but she did want to attend her Aunt's services. She wasn't able to make it happen. She loved her Aunt nevertheless and wished her a peaceful eternity.

From: The Extended Family of Alpena/Ossineke,MI: Janet Diemond Gapczynski, Susan, Bill, Kate, Lois & Linda:
THANK YOU so much for sending us the wonderful tribute of Jeane from the Toeldo Blade. We were so pleased that you remembered us during this very difficult time. We have so many, many fond, humorous memories of Jeane. Without a doubt she will always be CLASSIC! She definitely was an Elmer, Jr. plus some of Ungie's fiestiness in how she lived her life.
We will ALL miss her so much.
Our thoughts and prayers with your family.
Very Sincere Regards,
The Gapczynski Family
PS: Janet will try to call Tony soon. She will need a phone number.
To the Barnum Family,
Syd and I are so very sorry to hear of Jeanes passing. We both share such fond memories through all the years! So many!

Hold on to what is good.
Even if it is a handful of earth.
Hold on to what you believe.
Even if it is a tree that stands by itself.
Hold on to what you must do.
Even if it is a long way from here.
Hold on to life.
Even if it is easier letting go.
Hold on to my hand, even when I have gone away from you.
Kathy, Eric and Libby: I remember such wonderful times with your family, like the time your dog Maggie ate all your Easter candy and your mom called mine in a panic to see if she had any extras to put in your baskets. Your mom was so much fun--there was always some kind of adventure going on at the Barnum house. I know you'll remember her with joy and love.
Libby, Eric and Kathy,
Please know that the Freeman Family will keep you in our thoughts and prayers. Your mom was a great lady who always welcomed us neighborhood kids at your house…
Eric, My condolence and prayers are with you and your Family.
Eric, My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family.

To The Barnum Family: I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I truly loved Jeane and have missed her terribly. She was a special lady! Just Thursday I had decided that I would try to visit her. I am brokenhearted that I was too late. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
My deepest sympathy to you, your father, sister, and brother. I still remember that you told me your mother commented to you after I had brought you home from our first date, "well he seems like a nice boy, but he wasn't wearing socks"
Tony, Kathy, Libby and Eric
My thoughts and prayers are with you. Remimber all of the great times, and there were many!!
I worked for Mr. and Mrs. Barnum during my junior high and highschool years as "groundskeeper" nearly 6 years ago. I am honored to have not only worked but been aquainted with such a wonderful lady in Mrs. Barnum. I am very saddened to hear of the loss but know that she never once lived a dull moment in her life. Unfortunately I now live in Texas and will not be able to make the memorial, however, my thoughts go out to the Barnum family and Tony.
To The Barnum Family:
We are never prepared for the loss of a loved one, but God is always prepared to help us through that loss. I worked at Crow,Inc. in the 60's and can remember helping to get the mallard ready for the over seas trip. Tony, Eric and the family always called me by my last name Brown. May God bless and keep you, you are in my thoughts and prayers.
Bill & I just wanted to say how very sad in hearing of her passing. I have wonderful memories of her that I will always cherish. She really meant a lot to me. Unfortunately we will be out-of-town for her Memorial, but you will be in our thoughts & prayers..
Libby, I am so sorry to hear of your mother's passing. Your house was my second home growing up. My thoughts are with you, your dad, Eric and Kathy

Thinking of you all at this sad time. I'll always remember Jeane's wonderful smile and great sense of humor. She had her own special style and was fearless in her embrace of life. Her Rollerblading was an inspiration. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
