I was very fortunate to have Mrs. Recker as my 4th grade teacher as well. She was such a wonderful person and made everyone feel special. She will be truely missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family during this difficult time.
I had Mrs. Recker as my 4th grade reading teacher. I was fortunate to really like all of the teachers I had at Lake. They were all a lot of fun and caring people. Mrs. Recker had a way about her that made me know she really loved us and cared deeply for us. I saw her about 3 years ago and she remembered me!! She was a positive role model in my life. As I continue my teaching career I have wonderful teachers like Mrs. Recker to remind me how to love my kids.
My heart goes out to the Recker family and friends. I'm so sorry for your lost. Losing a loved one in death is not easy. I hope that you can find comfort in John 25:8.

I knew Vi when we both volenteerd at Portage Valley. A lovely lady and busy all the time. Your family is blessed to have such a wonderful mothe and grandmother. I too lived at Woodbille and we went to the spa together. Now we are residents of Stuart, Fl. Been here 17years and love it.
