A great classmate, a soccer buddy, and an emerging artist, Sandy was a true friend. After reconnecting with him last fall at David Jeffrey's home I was looking forward to sharing more fun times with him. And now this. How sudden and sad. I trust that he was at peace.

Mr. McPeck was the first person I had contact with at MVCDS. Thoughts to his family.

Best wishes to Bennett, Sarah and Alex. Your Dad was a great teacher and a wonderful colleague. It was a joy to work with him.

Sandy was an engaged classmate who always loved to talk about teaching. His Williams classmates join me in sending warm thoughts to family.

My classmate at Williams College -- such a genuinely nice guy and a good friend there. As the son of a fine teacher, I would have guessed that the would have been an inspirational one, and that, as evidenced by others, was the case. Very sad.

What a great guy. I remember doing a skit, where I was kneeling with tennis shoes taped to my knees, pretending to be our soccer coach Mr. McPeck, and the guy laughing loudest was him! Not only a great teacher, but a person that that made learning fun. He will be sorely missed.

Hats off to Sandy McPeck, teacher extraordinaire. He sailed away too soon, but he leaves deep impressions. So grateful to have been one of his students.

I taught Mathematics in the Upper School 1975-1978 and it didn't take long to realize what a nice and caring person Sandy was. Fond memories.

My thoughts are with Sandy's family and many friends. He was an outstanding teacher and just one hell of a nice guy.
