Your Mom was a treasure. Since I've returned to Maumee these past three years she has taught me alot. Loved our conversations especially at Wednesday lunches. So glad to have known her when I was not only a child but also as an adult. She will be missed by many. May your memories bring you through your grief. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

So sorry to hear from Paul about your mother. She put up with a bunch of rowdy teens back in the day! We all spent so much time in the P-Burg home. Best to you all, Lisa Lindsey Smith

I am so very sorry for your family's loss. Your mom was always so kind and had such a lovely and giving nature. I will so miss seeing her around town.

Hello Roe Family...What a loss to lose your mom! Yes I remember sitting around that dining table, and wasn't the dish washer's name Hannah? I LOVED spending the night at your house Debbie...even that early morning paper route! I remember your mom always in the kitchen, smiling, working and listening...just like her obit said. She always had something good to say and made me feel important. I have such fond memories of her picking me up for school in the morning. I wish I could be with you at the funeral. Just know I am there in spirit. Much love to all of you.

I never had the opportunity to meet Mrs. Roe, but I know her son, Mayo, very well. He always spoke of her with great admiration, humor and love. It's safe to assume that she must have had all of the wonderful qualities that I see in my good friend, Mayo - intellect, wit, humor, compassion, wisdom and love. My sincere sympathy to Mayo and his family.
