I caught Molly and Uncle Paul's wedding bouquet at the age of 6, my first wedding ever. Twenty plus years later, Uncle Paul came to my wedding. He always put family first, making him a very special uncle to me.

Molly, Greg, and Todd, I am with you in spirit, remembering fondly, a wonderful man.

I treasure the many memories of my Uncle - all the love and kindness throughout the years. I will miss him. All my love to Molly and my cousins. Susan Lundblad (Arndt)

My condolences to all of Paul's family. He was very special to his h.s. class at Scott; friendly, intelligent, and kind. We will miss him.

Paul and I met when we were both members of the DTC group that met for Monday luncheons at the Toledo Club. Paul told me sometimes people would mistake his last name and think he was related to Dick Ahrendt, Devilbiss High School, 47', Princeton University, 51'. Paul had such an engaging manner, so direct, interested in the other person while talking and communicating. He made a good impression upon me and although I did not know Paul well, he is the kind of person you knew, you just knew radiated all "class". God bless, Paul.

As a kid I always thought of Uncle Paul as more of a big brother than an uncle. Throughout his life he made an effort to stay in touch with his many nieces and nephews. So many sweet memories of this gentle man.
