I had no idea this happened. I am so sorry that both of these losses occurred. Bob and Wanda were both very nice and warm hearted people. They were very impressive business people, as well. Both made a very big influence on my life and I'm grateful for that. I wish the best for Vicki, George and Sylvia and hope that the memories that they hold of these two console them during this very hard time.

Take care!

I am so sorry to hear you have lost Bob.
I used to enjoy Wanda and Bob in Blowing Rock. I remember especially sitting with them at a BRAHM event and how interesting he made the conversation. I miss both of you.

My Uncle Bob was an incredible influence in my life. My Mother, Elsa Veh Grimes, would sometimes call me Bob, as I reminded her so much of the Brother she loved so much. In my youth , I spent a summer working for Bob in Gibsonburg and began to look at Gibsonburg as a second home. Bob was a hard driven worker, a loving partner to his beautiful and talented wife Wanda and a busy father who gave his family everything a man could to help his children become successful on their own. Bob could also party and play golf. He loved to entertain and was extremely generous in many ways. My wife Fraser, our children and I will miss Bob very much.

Sylvia & family,
I'm sorry to hear of loss of your father. It's something we all must face if we are fortunate enough to have parents and life runs a normal course. Your father lead an interesting life. May you find peace in his memory.
