Eileen was a wonderful next door neighbor. She introduced my children to her potato pancakes, artichokes, and Charlie Chips. They were wonderful days as part of the Maple Avenue gang.

My prayers are with you, Tom, Cynthia, Barbara and Carol during this very difficult time. Your Mom was so special and she is with the Lord. Peggy Quinn

Dear Barbara, Cindy, Carole, Mr. Kostrzewa, I am sorry to hear the news on the passing of your mother and wife Eileen; and to her grandchildren and sons-in-laws, family and friends. I remember how nice Mrs. Kostrzewa had always been when I came to hand out with Barbara. I also recall how wonderful her husband is as well as Barbara's older sister Cindy and younger sister Carole. Rest in peace. Barbara, my prayers are with you and your family at this difficult time.

Dear Tom and the Kostrzewa Family ...

I am a friend of Eileen's from two Women's Christian clubs that both of us belonged to for many years. I just love Eileen. She was a very soft-spoken, kind, polite, positive and a very loving woman. My fondest memory will be the time Eileen and Tom were presented a bouquet of flowers at my son, Chris's wedding, three years ago in New Hope, as the couple who have been married the most years! She was thrilled and very honored! Eileen always told me wonderful stories of her traveling adventures and her beloved daughters and grandchildren. I will always cherish the years and time I spent with Eileen. God Bless your family.

With love,
Irene Stylianou

Dear Tom, Cynthia, Barbara, Carol, and your families:

My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time. Eileen is such a loving person that no one who has known her will find it easy to be deprived of her presence on earth. But we take consolation in the faith that she is no longer suffering from her illness and that she is where she wants to be.
