You are in my prayers in your time of sorrow. Joe will be missed by many who knew him. We had many good times together. He watches over you from above now.

It was with deep sadness that Susan and I learned of the sudden and unexpected passing of Joe when Laura called to share with us the circumstances of his untimely death. He will be deeply missed by his beloved family and his many friends in the area. Joe was able to rescue an antique watch which had sentimental value to my new wife, Susan, and we enjoyed sharing with him our joy when we saw what he was able to do for us. Joe took special pleasure in performing this task because he was doing it for his old pastor at Bethel Lutheran Church. No words can assuage the grief his family must be experiencing, but may they be assured that the Lord will bless him with eternal peace and turn their mourning into a joyous celebration of Joe's life and comfort them with His holy presence and heavenly consolation. We send our special condolences to Laura and their family, especially to our special young friend, his beautiful and beloved grand-daughter, Maddie.
