Eugene G. Reid Sr., 76, of Ewing, passed away Friday, February 9, 2018 at Capital Health Systems at Hopewell surrounded by his loving family. Born in Trenton, he was a lifelong area resident. Eugene was a master plumber, who owned and operated his own business Eugene Reid Plumbing & Heating for over 50 years. Son of the late Eugene E. and Thelma (Crutchley) Reid; father of the late Eugene Jr.; he is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Patricia (Matthews) Reid; his daughter, Tracey Muehleisen; his son, Scott Reid and wife Nanci; six grandchildren, Michael, Ashley, Elizabeth, and Justin Reid, and Craig and Nicholas Muehleisen; and a great grandson, Liam Reid; as well as many nieces and nephews. Funeral arrangements were under the direction of the Parkside Brenna-Cellini Funeral Home, 1584 Parkside Ave., Ewing, NJ 08638. There will be no calling hours and no services. Cremation was private.
