My deepest sympathy and prayers are with you. Frank was truly a man of character, righteousness, and honor. Heaven is blessed and may his good ways live on.
WE'RE SURE YOU WERE IN HEAVEN AN HOUR BEFORE THE DEVIL KNEW YOU HAD PASSED.
I LIGHT THIS CANDLE TO REPRESTENT A NEW LIGHT IN HEAVEN. FRANK ON EARTH ALWAYS HAD SMILE AND A STORY. NOW HIS LIGHT WILL SHINE BRIGHT ON ALL THE LIVES OF PEOPLE THAT KNEW HIM. HE WILL BE MISSED
My deepest sympathy in the loss of Francis. It was always a pleasure to see him in Church. He was always willing to help anyone when needed. He will be missed by all who knew him. May he rest in peace. May the Good Lord give you strength and courage to carry on in the days ahead without Francis. God Bless You all.
You were taken too soon. We'll remember you as a great one. Al B

To Rose and the entire Foy Family
Frank was a great friend, a man of integrity, one who was full of love, laughter, strength and courage. Knowing Frank for the past 27 years and working under his leadership has been one of my greatest pleasures. I will sadly miss my boss, but more importantly my friend, Frank will always have a place in my heart and will never be forgotten. I will always remember these words we spoke to each other almost every work day "Hey Lenore ya got a minute? and me answering back; yeah Frank, sixty of'em which one ya'want" and we would laugh together as we worked together.
With the sincerest of sympathy to the family and friends,
Much love to you
