Frank was a man of extreme intelligence, integrity and creativity who was utterly devoted to Trenton. I had the privilege of traipsing around the city with him while he campaigned for mayor and I witnessed his dedication firsthand. We have lost a truly fine person who will be sorely missed in so many ways.

Frank was my best friend. His integrity and perfectionism inspired all who knew him. Everyone who knew you will miss you.

Frank was a great guy, creative, concerned and generous with his time and talent. His passing is a big loss to his adopted home town. Sincere sympathy to his family and friends.

I didn't know Frank well, but I feel such a sadness at news of his death. He arrived in Trenton as my public life there was approaching an end. My first encounter was in 1998 when I went to his business behind the old fire headquarters to purchase candles for my daughter's wedding in Vermont. It just seemed appropriate that she have something from Trenton at her wedding. Actually, ANA was not retailing then. I later saw Frank when he started his end-of-season sales and when he ran for Mayor. I happily made a small contribution to his campaign. It is trite to say he was a fine person, but he was. Unlike many who sit at the wayside, he tried with all his might to make contributions to his community. And he succeeded. I regret that after so much effort he failed only in not becoming Mayor. This talented young man left much too soon. May I send my sympathy to his friends and family, but most especially to his mother.

“Our life in the universe is like the beautiful chime of a bell: there is nothing, and then there is a momentary, but glorious vibration, and then again—nothing” --- Harry Harner ---
May the beautiful chime of memories of him last for many, many years---they will for me.
