To the Kimbrough family- I am sorry to hear of the passing of Mr. Kimbrough. Growing up on King Ave., the Kimbrough's were a staple in the neighborhood. I have many fond memories of Mr. Kimbrough, but I think back to when he saw me someplace I had no business being, and kindly asked 'does your mom know where you are?' It was that type of concern for all of the children he knew, that made him truly special. We truly were a 'village' and Mr. Kimbrough saw to that. He instilled values and wisdom that I refer back to now that I have children. Our 'village' has forever been changed by his passing but his kindness, greatness, and compassion will live on through those of us who were blessed and fortunate enough to know this great man.
You know I Love you all, I'm with you, You are still Blessed, & Loved, You have a Life time of memmories. We are dedicating our Black Program to Mr. Kimbrough today.
