So sad to read of Mike's passing. Mike and I were close friends for a while. I remember "Greased Lighting's" stories about his track meets for St. Anthony's. He even convinced me to attend an Elton John concert with him. One of the best concerts I ever attended. The one major thing I always remembered about Mike was his consistant bright outlook on life and his smile of recognition whenever we bumped into one another over the years. You and his brothers and sisters and families will be in my prayers.

Sorry for your loss. We went to St Anthony's and TSC together. I always loved his sense of humor.

Dear Rose and to the Swem family,

My deepest sympathy goes out to all of you for the loss of Mike. This is so sad, I just found out today. I worked with him at DMV and would always see him at DOT walking around . He would always talk to me and ask how I was doing... we would chat as we walked through the halls of DOT. He will surely be missed. His memories will always live on in our Hearts and in our Prayers. May comfort come to all of you at this time of sorrow...
