My most sincere and deepest sympathy for you and your wonderful, extended family

My deepest sympathy to the Laird family. Roland will be missed, but remembered with cherished memories.

I connected with Roland and Taneshia when I met them last summer. They shared with me who they were as a family and as part of the Trenton and NYC communities. I wanted to join their crew in some way, I wanted to see these great young people succeed as a family as well as business people because they were so open and honest in their demonstrations of love and respect for each other. I felt that Kelly Carter had talked me in to meeting "friends" that I would cherish for life. Thanks Kelly for introducing me to these great people.

Although I am deeply saddened by Roland's passing, I was changed for the better because they opened their home to us that summer day. RIP Roland and know that your example of love for your family, your community and this world was evident with each conversation and story that we shared. I honor your memory in my work to lift up the young people and will do what I can to help T and the girls even if it is just to pray that God give them strength and peace in this very difficult time.

I know how sad I am and I spent a relatively short time in your presence with many plans for future visits, I can't imagine the void that your wife and kids feel. Stay strong girls and know that you are loved.

God Bless you
LeRhonda
